i found it!

i finally found the ultimate community in kzoo, thanks to ab herself. and thanks to people not showing up for pick-up at oakland park, ironically enough. we decided to head over to western to play pick-up with people there instead. it must have been fate -- they were amazing, they stacked, they cut, they juked, they said "chilly" and "up" and "nice put".....a dream come true i tell you. there was no stall count, but still. and i got to handle some, and pull, and work on my cuts which need some desperate attention. and there was this really nice (and cute) guy named luke who's on the men's team at western and he had a regionals disc and it made me really happy. i was wearing my brown u shorts and he made a comment about the men winning nationals, and i was like, yea it's sweet.....and then i realized that sounded weird, so later i told him i went there. and he asked me about the women's team, and what year i was, and if i'll be on the A team next year. and he was really nice - and really good at ultimate. i felt at home again. and another guy told me i was really good and should come more often weeeee, i am so excited!!! i wanted to tell sailor all about this, but she's not online, so i figured this will do for now.
